Jim was the best salesperson we've ever had. He took the time to explain the details of the furniture we were looking to buy and why it fit our needs. He made us feel right at home without pressuring us. He took all the time we needed to compare and choose what we wanted. We felt at home and comfortable the entire time we spent with him. He is truly an asset for Smith Village furniture. We'll definitely go back to see him for future furniture needs.

Definitely one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve had. Our sales person Jimmy was super great. He was not pushy at all, so friendly and personable. Left me alone to look around, was available to ask questions. Came back later with my husband. Jimmy was again super friendly, but also gave us our space to argue about the configuration of the sectional we wanted. Super patient. He was great with helping me pick out the fabric and matching pillows, even setting up a display. Their furniture here is a bit pricier than I typically go for. However we wanted a high quality to last us. They have tons of options. I love the vibe of the show room. Had warm comfortable lighting and felt cozy. Our sectional is scheduled to be delivered soon, less time than estimated. Will update if things go sound but don’t expect them to. *Update* Could not be more thrilled with our new sectional. Delivery drivers were great, super friendly and took their time moving the furniture diligently. I wish I would have had cash to tip them. They definitely deserve it!

We were looking for mattress’s for our cabin and James our salesman was very helpful, he showed us all the different options available and left us try different ones until we made our selection. We have been going to Smith Village for years to buy furniture and we will continue to do so. Very nice selection with reasonable prices.

Becca is my sales person and is great. Always a wonderful experience @ the village and they are all very helpful. The customer care office is always amazing as well ! Highly recommend !!!!!!
