James was very polite and knowledgeable explaining the bunk beds mattresses etc. Sales people like James is why we keep coming back to Smith village really makes a difference when I know exactly what I want. He offered us water. And allowed my grandson to climb up the bunk. Just t to make sure he wasn't scared. Thanks again for your assistance

Jim was the best salesperson we've ever had. He took the time to explain the details of the furniture we were looking to buy and why it fit our needs. He made us feel right at home without pressuring us. He took all the time we needed to compare and choose what we wanted. We felt at home and comfortable the entire time we spent with him. We purchased a new sofa and a recliner recently. Our salesman, Jim Huenke, was very knowledgeable about the different pieces we asked about. He showed us a fabric that might be a good choice since we have a cat who likes to scratch (and she does not seem at all interested in scratching it!). He really helped guide my husband with the choice of a recliner that would fit him well and be most comfortable for him. He clearly explained the warranty they offer, which seems like a very smart thing to have. We are very happy with our purchases. We were also impressed with the three gentlemen who delivered our furniture. They took out our old furniture, and set up the new. They were very efficient and friendly, and were in and out in no time at all. They were very professional, careful, and worked really well as a team. The next time we need furniture, we will be going back to Smith Village and we'll definitely ask for Jim.
